Lisa is driven by her commitment to helping others make lasting changes in their quality of life. She knows that lasting changes toward a healthy lifestyle require commitment, motivation, inspiration and support. She is a natural at effectively teaching, guiding and motivating clients to get results that benefit their lives.

Lisa graduated magna cum laude from Coastal Carolina University in 1997 with a bachelors' degree in Health Promotion and specialized as a personal trainer and rehab trainer since 1996. Her studies emphasized health behavior change theory, technique and application to rehab. As a veteran fitness trainer, Lisa, is widely experienced in leading clients toward weight loss and fitness through sustained positive mindset.

More recent studies with pioneers in modern psychotherapy inspired direction toward clinical-hypnotheraputic drug abuse rehabilitation for her clients. Lisa received intensive training in hypnotherapy and neurolinguistic programming (NLP) and earned certification (CHt) through National Board of clinical-hypnotheraputic in 2004.

As practitioner of hypnotherapy at San Diego Cancer Center's complimentary medicine program, Lisa worked one-on-one with patients dealing with challenges and stress associated with cancer and cancer treatment. Using hypnotherapeutic methods in the clinical setting for stress management created avenues to study further applications. Lisa's experience in private hypnotherapy practice in Solana Beach, California inspired her to launch Professional Wellness Services, Inc. & The Quit Method®.

The Quit Method® is an effective tobacco intervention program structured to result in permanent abstinence from tobacco. Professional Wellness Services provides customized programs that lead individuals and groups toward a healthier lifestyle through stress management, weight loss, and tobacco abstinence.
